Cancellation & Refund Policy
This policy applies to dry fruits, seeds and other food products ordered from Mom's Tradition through https://www.momstradition.com.
Order cancellation
To request cancellation, contact Customer Support with the order number as soon as possible. An order may be cancelled before dispatch when fulfilment has not progressed beyond the point at which cancellation is reasonably possible. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be available and the parcel may continue through delivery.
Food-product considerations
Because these are edible products, a delivered order is not automatically eligible for return or refund because of preference, change of mind, taste, or packaging opened after delivery. Eligibility depends on the product condition, the issue reported, supporting information and the applicable circumstances.
Eligible order issues
Mom's Tradition will review reports involving a damaged package or product, an incorrect product, a missing product, or a credible quality concern present when the order was received. The available resolution may include replacement, refund or another appropriate remedy after review.
How to report an issue
Contact Customer Support promptly and provide the order number, affected product, a clear explanation and photographs of the parcel, shipping label, packaging and product where appropriate. Keep the product and original packaging until the review is completed. Missing or insufficient information may limit our ability to verify a claim.
Refund method and timing
Approved refunds for prepaid orders are initiated to the original payment method through the applicable payment gateway. Approved refunds for Cash on Delivery orders may require suitable account details through a secure support process. Processing begins after eligibility is confirmed; the time for funds to appear depends on the payment provider, bank and payment method. Payment-gateway or banking processing time is outside Mom's Tradition's direct control.
