Products and ordering

Mom's Tradition sells dry fruits, seeds and related combinations. Product descriptions, pack sizes and images are provided to help customers make informed choices. Placing an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted after successful payment or Cash on Delivery selection, required checks, and confirmation by Mom's Tradition.

Products are subject to availability. We may decline or cancel an order when an item is unavailable, information is incorrect, payment is not confirmed, or fulfilment is not reasonably possible. If payment has already been collected for an order we cannot fulfil, the applicable amount will be refunded through the original payment method.

Pricing, MRP and taxes

Prices, MRP, discounts and pack information displayed at the time of ordering apply to that order. Applicable GST or other taxes are shown or included as indicated on the product and checkout pages. Obvious technical or typographical pricing errors may be corrected before fulfilment; affected customers will be contacted where appropriate.

Payments and confirmation

Online payments are processed through the payment provider shown at checkout. Payment success does not by itself guarantee acceptance when stock or order details require validation. Customers should retain their order confirmation and payment reference. Mom's Tradition does not ask customers to share payment passwords, PINs or OTPs.

Processing and delivery

Confirmed orders are prepared and dispatched to the delivery address supplied by the customer. Dispatch and delivery estimates are indicative and may be affected by product availability, destination, carrier operations, public holidays or events outside reasonable control. Customers are responsible for providing a complete address and reachable phone number.

Cancellations, refunds and order issues

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Damaged, wrong or missing products should be reported promptly with the order details and appropriate supporting photographs where available.

Customer responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate account, contact, payment and delivery information; use the website lawfully; and avoid misuse, fraudulent transactions or interference with website security. Product suitability, ingredients and allergen considerations should be reviewed before purchase and consumption.

Intellectual property and liability

The Mom's Tradition name, logo, packaging presentation, website text, graphics and other original materials may not be copied or commercially reused without permission. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Mom's Tradition is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from website interruption, carrier delay, customer-provided incorrect information or misuse of products. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
